Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times by region:

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Curae ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything possible to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated window, please contact us at support@shopcurae.com.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@shopcurae.com within 60 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate and work to make it right.
